| Full On Assemby Required! Be prepared and set aside the better part of an afternoon. | |
| | First, in the end I was impressed enough with the product and consumer phone support that I've just ordered a second, smaller Bush Napa TV Stand. *And* I'm not getting as good a deal on it.
As for the details, in short, the final piece of furniture is solid and sleek-looking and worth the full retail price. (I got it at Amazon in Oct. 2008 for $314.99 on an Amazon special.) I certainly would have given this five stars but for the amount of time it took to put together. I had expectations of "some assembly required" so the problem really is mine. Every single, solitary bolt, screw, nut, peg, bracket is put together by Y-O-U or anyone else you can bamboozle into doing it. That said, the instructions are very clear, no missing hardware items and the quality of all is very good, respective of the price. At one point I mistakenly thought some part of the hinge was missing and reached a helpful, knowledgeable person at the Bush toll-free number who immediately diagnosed my problem.
At the conclusion of the project it was quite satisfying to tell friends and family that I had put it together. (By the way, I'm not an idiot *but* I am certainly not a home improvement, handy-dandy kind of person.
Anyone with marginal skills with tools should do fine.)

| | I am very pleased with the TV stand. It arrived on time and was easy to assemble. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. The fit and finish of the unit are excellent. I highly recommend this product.

| Do not buy through Unbeatable Sale! | |
| | They shipped our console to the wrong city (across the country!). They could not confess to it when we called. Said they would call back but never did. When we called again, they said they would know tomorrow. After talking to FedEx and Busch, we found out that they had indeed shipped to the wrong address. Busch had received a reorder from Unbeatable Sale which they, for some reason, couldn't tell us they did when we called. When we called again to let them know we knew and make sure it was delivered in one day (since that is all they had left to get it in the expected delivery time), all the customer service agents were surprisingly busy. They said they would call back. I'll let you guess if they have called back yet. It's an easy guess. I will never deal with this seller again and I have been using amazon.com for years. I have noticed in seller feedback that it is common for them to ship to the wrong address. I will not be dealing with this company again, and I am warning all others not to also.

| Very happy great stand great price | |
| | I bought this stand for my 46 inch LCD TV and it looks great. The price was the lowest I could find anywhere. This same TV stand was on other sites for over $100 more plus you had to pay for shipping on those sites around $80. On Amazon it was a great price and it qualified for free shipping. To top everything off I ordered the stand on a saturday night and it was at my home on tuesday. Free shipping and it was here in 3 days!!! The only negative was it came in 1 big box and it was very heavy. The stand is made of nice sturdy pieces of wood and none of the wood panels had scratches on them. I got this stand because it has 2 side doors to keep dust from my components and storage spaces in the middle which I used to place my center channel speaker. I love the stand it looks great. Thanks amazon!!!
