| Avoid this product * Poor assembly manual, good phone support. | |
| | Product finish is disappointing, poor stain job. Minor damage to one corner and not worth the hassle of a return.
Instruction manual very lacking. Call Bush support if you are not sure.
The drawer assembly is tricky. You have to apply a lot of force to get the assembled drawer back in the tracks.
The assembly method, Stud and Cam, does not work well. If you have problems with the cam locking on the stud, I would recommend backing the stud out one or two turns so the cam can lock onto it. I broke four cams trying to screw them in, Bush is replacing.
Product label on top is glued on and difficult to remove.
I would recommend felt pads for the bottom if you have hardwood floors. Overall the look is ok. Just want it to support my 138 lb phasma.
Follow up:
The cams that secure to the studs/bolts break easy. Bush sent me replacements but two of those have broke. appears to be a fault in the stud length or the holes that are pre drilled are wrong. Phone support says the studs need to be in all the way??? She obviously has never put one these together.
Change my star rating to a "One Star" only because there is no ZERO

| Fine looking when finished | |
| | This is a fine TV stand. One of the harder things I've had to put together but it came up reasonably well. I'd recommend having more glue on hand than is included. I ran out toward the end. It holds my 56" Samsung DLP just fine and I think it could do a 60-65 probably with no problem. Cable string out nicely from the back and the doors are a nice touch. You can barely see them in the Amazon picture but it really adds something to this piece.

| Low quality not low enugh price | |
| | We bought this item after a lot of research to find the "perfect" TV stand. We bought this one because of the look, price & depth (we have a deep receiver). It is all particle board (didn't realize that when we ordered it). One of the shelf pieces bent in shipment and now we have a crease going down it. It took hours to assemble (they only sent exactly the # of bolts etc you need and some got lost in shipment) by my husband who is VERY handy. And he said it will stand pretty but could fall apart if not moved carefully!

| A lot of screws... one missing | |
| | If you are shopping for a nice looking cabinet, this is a very nice looking one. It takes a while to assemble. It was missing one of the MANY screws, so I sent my son to the hardware store to try to match the missing one. The doors are VERY hard to put on so that they do not scrape the bottom. The screws that attach the doors strip the wood easily. The product looks good, but for the price I was expecting something that would not strip so easily.

| Large box & strong smell of new paint. | |
| | I actually picked this up online for $321 shipped to a local Wal Mart. Besides the usual (very heavy, nice and sturdy, good quality, long assembly time), I'll add something new: Have a pickup truck with you if you have to transport it! I was hoping I could get it in my Accord. After 20 minutes and with the help of 3 people, I was able to get the whole thing in my car. We had to open up the box in the parking lot and put it in piece by piece. The box is 28"x63"x8" and weighs enough to need 2 strong, or 3 people to lift it. I also had to air out my house overnight because the smell of the fresh new paint on all the pieces was extrememly strong. I also had to drive home with my car windows down because the smell was unsafe for freeway driving. I have not assembled the unit yet, but I've put together Bush furniture before and I was very pleased with the assembly quality. Based on other reviews, I expect this one to be no different, and because of the price I got this for, I give it 5 stars!
