You get what you pay for
4 out of 5 stars.
Yes, this product is cheap, and when you're assembling it, it'll be very obvious to you. As said before, the panels are laminated pressboard, and in my set a corner here and there are a little chipped. One of the metal rods in my set were bent a little, but not to the point where I couldn't put it all together. Four of my dowel holes were far too deep, but were easily overlooked just by putting the dowels in their receiving hole.

BESIDES all that, the product looks and performs great. All the pieces are cheap, but together they look very stylish and I love the fact that the entire thing rotates. It fits DVDs very nicely and when completely filled, it looks even better. Again, $35 is a damn good price for this product and I am very satisfied. Any of the flaws in the material I noticed were unnoticable when the unit was finished.

Kind of fragile !!!
4 out of 5 stars.
I assembled it myself and it was easy to do, but it seems like it's a bit fragile, looks like it's gona last a bit but not too long... For the price I think it's a great bargain.

Attractive and Practical
5 out of 5 stars.
The enclosed instructions could be better. Nevertheless the finished product is great. It holds the advertised number of DVDs, swivels smoothly and is very attractive. Defnitiely worth the price.

CD/DVD Rack

This is a good product. Easy to assemble and I love how it rotates. Overall, I am very satisfied

Excellent purchase!
5 out of 5 stars.
I could not be happier after purchasing this DVD storage unit. I'm not all that mechanically talented, but this was easy for me to figure out from the well done instructions and packaging and labeling. I actually enjoyed the assembly process which took me about 45 minutes. Every part was cut and drilled exactly right and went together perfectly. When it was completed I was so proud of myself and now all my DVDs and VHF tapes have a neat home and are easily accessible.
I did one other thing that made this unit better for the way I would be using it. As I would be needing to move this unit often to get to shelves behind it, I mounted it on a wooden planter dolly with wheels. It was easy, just pre-drilled and screwed the bottom part of the swivel unit to the top of the dolly with some small wood screws (4 in all) and now the unit swivels and rolls in any direction. Looks very nice too. This is a beautiful addition to my room and I would give it MORE STARS, if that were possible!
