Small and Simplistic
These speakers turned out to be a great choice. Small enough to keep the wife happy, yet powerful enough to enjoy the movie.
Lotta sound in a small package
The item shipped on time and works as advertised. This brought my system from 5.1 to 7.1 and what difference. I went Polk all the way around on speakers and have been really impressed with the sound quality, especially for the cost.
Polk Audio RM101 Satellite
As a longtime Polk user I bought these for my rear surround to go with my Polk SDA2's for the front and a Polk center, replacing my previous Polk rear surrounds that I bought used and were starting to deteriorate. These are my 3rd set of rear surrounds and by far the best, I had no idea what I had been missing until I hooked these up in both sound quality and the amount of surround information. They are also quite nice looking and heavy for their small size and come with wall mount brackets. The sound matches my much larger Polk fronts very well even though these were actually designed as part of a complete sat/sub package. At less than $60 each these were the least expensive Polk option available, and I doubt one could find a better surround option for less money.
Good speaker for the money
I was looking for a small speaker to go with the new flat screen. One that would not be so bulky and boxy like the Klipsch bookshelf speakers i was replacing. I did not want to buy a complete system since i already had a Klipsch powered subwoofer and Bose rear channel. These fit the bill perfectly. Great sound from a small package and they work well with my system. ordering and shipping was easy and they arrived in perfect condition. Thanks Amazon!
Great product!
Absolutely great product. Switched the speakers and it sounds much better now. So far nothing but good things to say about polk.
