| Would have been nice to know this for Windows ONLY | |
| | As I said above it would be nice if they told you this only works with Windows. As I ONLY use Macs it very disappointing. Having to look for someone who uses Windows.

| | Simply put, the Sony AX1400 is awesome. I use it to control my Receiver, Zune Dock, TV and XBOX. Programming was not that bad, I had it up and running in about 30 mins. The fit, finish and weight of the remote radiate quality through and through. I would highly recommend this product, I like it so much I just placed an order for a second one to hoard away!

| Great product for the users that have a lot of devices to control. | |
| | This is a great remote. It can control alomost everything. It even can control my Sirius Radio. Easy setup when you have the remotes and use the computer. The express feature is really nice. The only down sie is it take a little bit of time to set every thing up, but well worth the time.

| Average Performance, and some flaws... | |
| | This RC looks nice and does most of the job it's supposed to do. I have 3 concerns:
1) The XPress function ALWAYS fails to control (on,off, input selection, etc) one or more of the multiple components I programmed it to control in the "macro" or sequence of actions you program using the software.
2) I ALWAYS need to point the RC almost perfectly to the TV or Receiver InfraRed. It seems to be not so powerful when sending signals. And yes, I did use BRAND NEW alkaline batteries.
3) The GUIDE and MENU buttons, which I use a lot when using my cable box, are relatively small and hard to press.
Bottom line: I won't return it, but I wouldn't order another one.

| Nice remote, if you only need it for sony products. | |
| | For the price, this remotes got to be the bargain of bargains, except I kind of cheated a little. I'm only using it for sony products so I don't have to hassle with programing it. For some reason I can't get into the down loaded programing file anyway. It says something about I'm not authorized to open the file because of some administrative reason. I'll have to get my son to help me figure that one out. It's a good thing I don' need to program it anyway. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.
