Coby Compact Folding Portable Stereo Speaker System for iPod and MP3 Players (White)

Price: $30.20

Editorial Reviews:
You can have an instant jukebox wherever you go with this ultra-portable Stereo Speaker System. It features four high-efficiency stereo speakers for top sound quality, plus a compact and lightweight design that's great for travel. System plays music from both iPod or other MP3 audio players (sold separately). And even when you're not playing music, it's the perfect place to store your iPod or MP3 Player. Powered by the included AC adapter.

Great little speakers
5 out of 5 stars.
These work surprisingly well and fold up into a little cube for travel. Make sure you note that both the speakers AND the MP# player have volume controls so adjust both accordingly.

Lousy sound
1 out of 5 stars.
The sound from this device is almost unlistenable. Compact design is good. Cannot get very loud and distorts at higher volume levels. Better off with earphones.

Love Coby but this set not for current iPods.
1 out of 5 stars.
I can only find an earphone plug on my set. No 25pin plug like on the current iPods. Guess I'm either dumb or will have to look some more.

5 stars for sound
5 out of 5 stars.
I just recieved mine and the sound is great. Like other reviews - the AC adaptor is big and heavy and no place to store it. Also, the picture does not show that the ac plug and Ipod plug are on the right of the speaker. It is clumspy. The should be in the back. I played my MP3 player all night with it and the battery did not stay charged. I read that this unit charges your MP3 player. I really wanted one that did. Thats why I picked this one. I am going to shop for another one that charges and has the plugs on the back. I am up for input on this. Thanks for reading this.

good sound for reasonable price
4 out of 5 stars.
For an inexpensive system - it sounds pretty good. My only other wish would be that it charges my ipod too!
