Review of Apex DVD players.
My friend, who is not a home theater afficianado, bought an Apex DVD player last year and I was very upset. I babbled on to him how he wasted his money and what an inferior product it would turn out to be, and so on and so forth. Well it turned out to be exactly what he needed. He just wanted to be able to rent and buy DVDs and watch them on his big screen TV. He didn't own a home theater receiver or a surround sound speaker package so he wouldn't have been able to use a more expensive, feature laden, DVD model. If this is you, save some money for now and buy an Apex model. Upgrading in the future is always an option.
